All scheduled in-person events will be cancelled when Typhoon Signal No.8 or Rainstorm Black Warning is to be hoisted within 2 hours. Announcement about the postponement details, if any, will be made later.

In case the Rainstorm Black Warning is hoisted in the midst of any in-person events, such events will be held continuously.

If Typhoon Signal No.8 or Rainstorm Black Warning Signal is lowered at or before 6:30 a.m., all in-person events starting from 8:30a.m. and onwards will be held as usual.

If Typhoon Signal No.8 or Rainstorm Black Warning Signal is lowered at or before 12:00 noon, all in-person events will resume from 2:00 p.m. onwards.

If Typhoon Signal No.8 or Rainstorm Black Warning Signal is lowered at or before 4:00 p.m., all in-person events starting from 6:00 p.m. and onwards will be held as usual.

If Typhoon Signal No.8 or Rainstorm Black Warning Signal is still in effect at 4:00 p.m., all evening in-person events will be cancelled.

When Rainstorm Amber/Red Warning Signal is in effect, all scheduled events will be held as usual.

For online events signed up via the Career Center platform, students will be kept posted for the updated arrangement.
