• HKUST Career Center (“Career Center”) reserves the right not to accept any recruitment talk request. Final talk schedule is subject to the availability of venue and mutual agreement between the employer / organization and Career Center.

• All activities must be related to [graduate and/or internship] recruitment / career development.

• Career Center works directly with the hiring company / organization only. Should an exclusive third-party organization / agency be appointed or involved, the hiring company should inform Career Center directly and provide the authorization details for further consideration. The hiring company's name must be disclosed on all job postings and promotional materials. Please note that requests initiated by a third-party organization / agency will not be processed.

• Request for using any venue at HKUST (including communal areas) for recruitment-related activities must be channeled to Career Center with adequate lead time, approval of which is subject to internal guideline and venue availability. Employers / Organizations or their exclusively-appointed third-party organization / agent should NOT contact other HKUST departments/offices directly pertaining to venue arrangement.

• Career Center reserves the right to cancel any confirmed talk if student enrollment is less than 15.

• All activities must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Hong Kong.

• Participating companies / organizations must comply with HKUST policies. HKUST reserves the right to terminate any activities without giving any reason or cause.

• Contact information provided will be used for future communication with the Career Center, and may be shared with the appropriate departments/offices within HKUST for recruitment or related purposes and external organizations for ranking or evaluation exercises.
