You confirm that the supply of any personal data by you to the Centre is in all respects in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance ("PDPO"). You also confirm that any personal data transferred to or accessed by you through the Centre shall be handled by you in all respects in compliance with the PDPO. You shall be solely responsible for your own acts or omissions in relation to personal data or otherwise. You shall not do anything that contradicts the University's Data Privacy Policy Statement ("PPS") and Student PICS (including this Notice) as in force from time to time. You acknowledge that to the extent the Centre/University is a data user as defined under the PDPO, the Centre/University will have certain obligations under the PDPO which will prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
