All scheduled events (including online) will normally be cancelled when Typhoon Signal No. 8 is to be issued within 2 hours (pre-No. 8), or when Black Rainstorm Warning or “Extreme Conditions” Announcement is in effect. 

In case the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued in the midst of any events (including online), such events that have already started will normally continue until the end. 

In case Typhoon Signal No. 8 is to be issued within 2 hours (pre-No. 8) during any events (including online), such events that have already started will normally continue until the end. 

If Typhoon Signal No. 8, Black Rainstorm Warning or “Extreme Conditions” Announcement is cancelled at or before 6:30 a.m., all events (including online) starting from 8:30 a.m. and onwards will be held as scheduled. 

If Typhoon Signal No. 8, Black Rainstorm Warning or “Extreme Conditions” Announcement is cancelled at or before 12:00 noon, all events (including online) starting from 2:00 p.m. and onwards will be held as scheduled, while events (including online) starting before 2:00 p.m. will normally be cancelled. 

If Typhoon Signal No. 8, Black Rainstorm Warning or “Extreme Conditions” Announcement is cancelled at or before 4:00 p.m., all events (including online) starting from 6:00 p.m. and onwards will be held as scheduled, while events (including online) starting before 6:00 p.m. will normally be cancelled. 

When Amber/Red Warning, or Typhoon Signal No. 1 or 3 is in effect, all scheduled (including online) events will be held as usual.
